Pig Roast
Posted on | July 7, 2010 | 4 Comments

Early am, the pig has just been placed on the BBQ and some adjustments to torque are needed.

First light of day and the pig is coming on well.

The glory of the pig – mid-roasting. Check out the ingenuity of the auto-turning device – designed by my pig-roasting friends.

Happy, successful, pig-roasters! Thanks for a great birthday party guys!

Wow I bet that pig was unbelievable. How very Anthony Bourdain of you;) I’ll have to show this to my husband, he’ll get a big kick out of it.

Lechon in the Philippines is amazing… You should try it!
We roasted a piglet last Christmas. It looked disconcertingly cute.
