    Wow I bet that pig was unbelievable. How very Anthony Bourdain of you;) I’ll have to show this to my husband, he’ll get a big kick out of it.

    Lechon in the Philippines is amazing… You should try it!

    We roasted a piglet last Christmas. It looked disconcertingly cute.
